spec-miner
Extracts behavioral specs from existing codebases for OpenSpec. Produces flat Requirement and Invariant blocks with structured metadata (entities, enforced, id, test anchors). Outputs openspec/specs/<capability>/spec.md. Fully self-bootstrapping — no dependency on codebase-onboarding.
